About Savion

La scelta smart per la tua cucina — engineered quartz kitchen sinks, cast in Morbi, Gujarat.

Engineered for kitchens that work every day.

Savion Industries LLP is based in Morbi, Gujarat — India's ceramics capital. We specialise in quartz composite kitchen sinks made from 76–80% natural quartz stone blended with high-grade resin. The result is a surface that resists scratches, stains, heat up to 280°C, and everyday noise better than ordinary steel.

Every basin is pressure-cast, slow-cured, and hand-finished before it leaves the factory. We back it with a ten-year guarantee, because a kitchen sink should outlast the kitchen it serves.

“A kitchen sink is not a fitting. It is the workbench of a home — and it must endure.”

Heritage

A short history of the quartz kitchen sink.

From hand-carved stone basins to pressure-cast quartz composites — how the kitchen sink became the most engineered surface in the modern home.

01 · Ancient

Stone & clay

Hand-carved stone and fired-clay basins used for washing food and dishes across early civilisations.

02 · 19th c.

Cast iron + enamel

Enamel-coated cast iron arrives in European and American kitchens — heavy, glossy, prone to chipping.

03 · 20th c.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel becomes the global default: light, hygienic, loud, and easy to dent.

04 · 1980s

Quartz composite

European foundries pioneer quartz-resin composites — quieter, denser, scratch and heat resistant.

05 · Today

Engineered in India

Morbi, Gujarat emerges as a global hub. Savion casts a full quartz range to international standards.

Origin

Stone basins predate plumbing by millennia — the sink is one of the oldest objects in the home.

Shift

Quartz composites moved the category from a metal fitting to an engineered surface.

Now

India leads mass manufacturing of quartz sinks — and Morbi is at the centre of it.

Our story
2014

Founded in Morbi

Started as a small casting unit in Gujarat’s ceramic belt, focused on stone-composite basins for Indian kitchens.

2018

Quartz range launch

Introduced the first Savion quartz sink series with Metallic and Granite finishes, tested to 280°C.

2026

Catalogue 2026

Twenty quartz models plus stainless steel and handmade sink lines, distributed across India and export markets.

Process

From quartz to basin.

01

Mould

Precision-engineered moulds define every radius, slope and drain angle before the first pour.

02

Cast

The quartz blend is pressure-cast to remove air pockets and create uniform density.

03

Cure

Slow curing at controlled temperature locks in strength, colour stability and surface finish.

04

Finish

Each basin is hand-finished, inspected and stamped with the Savion mark before packing.

Material

80% stone. 20% resin. 100% kitchen-proof.

The ratio is deliberate. Natural quartz provides the hardness and heat tolerance; the resin binds it into a seamless, non-porous, antibacterial surface that cleans with normal soap and water.
